The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by SweepStop.site ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our").
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, visit sweepstop.site and complete the official entry form with your valid email address, full name, date of birth, mailing address, and state of residence. Limit one (1) entry per person per weekly drawing period. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
The Sweepstakes operates on a weekly basis. Each drawing period begins on Monday at 12:00 AM EST and ends on Friday at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
One (1) winner will be selected each week to receive a grand prize of $50,000.00 USD (the "Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash or other substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize.
A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on the following Friday. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By participating, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and entry information for promotional and advertising purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes. Please review these Terms periodically.
